Five Easy Tips to Detoxify Your Body

To detoxify your body, you do not need an elaborate program. You just need to take five simple measures. If you take few simple measures you can easily detoxify your body. Detoxification is defined as the process of  eliminating ‘toxins’ from the body of an individual who is allegedly being poisoned by the by-products of her own metabolism, by environmental toxins or by her own over-indulgence and unhealthy lifestyle (e.g. alcohol, cigarettes and food). The body’s own detoxification systems are remarkably sophisticated and versatile. However, sometimes environmental toxins and our lifestyle defeat the body’s own detoxification systems and then we need to help our body. The five simple measures for detoxification are as follows:

1. Drink Enough Water

Due to its acidity and high pH, citric acid is able to actually penetrate and break down fat molecules.

5. Do Regular Exercise
